An elite group of physicians and jurists, members of the Saudi Scientific Society for Medical Jurisprudence Studies, participated in the first Islamic Medical Virtual Conference, which was organized by the Association of Muslim Doctors Association in the Philippines – 3/1443/(23-25) AH

An elite group of physicians and jurists, members of the Saudi Scientific Society for Medical Jurisprudence Studies, participated in the first Islamic Medical Virtual Conference, which was organized by the UNIFIED MUSLIM MEDICAL ASSOCIATION in the Philippines, in partnership with many international organizations. From 23 to 25 Rabi’ al-Awwal 1443 AH corresponding to 30 October to 1 November 2021 AD.

The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Association, Prof. Abdul Salam Al-Hussein, opened on the second day of the conference, with a speech in which he stressed the importance of jurisprudence and medicine and taking care of it.

Dr Hanan Ali Sultan – Member of the Board of Directors, Director of the Website, Supervisor of Social Media Accounts and Member of the Editorial Board of the magazine – has participated with two Worksheets: the first entitled “Strategies of milk banks in Islamic countries: challenges and alternatives” and the second “The Islamic perspective of assisted reproductive technologies and genetic testing of fetuses to avoid genetic diseases”

Also, Dr Ismail Ghazi Marhaba – Managing Editor of the Journal of Medical Jurisprudence Studies of the Society, with a Worksheet on “The Islamic Perspective of Human Milk Banks”

While Dr Abdul Karim Al-Samael, a member of the magazine’s editorial board, presented a Worksheet on “organ donation and its Shariah rulings”. This is in addition to the participation of many doctors and jurists from Saudi universities in this distinguished conference.
